Refund and Returns Policy

Aurora Digital Labs offers digital products and services, including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, and content creation. Due to the nature of these services, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions as outlined below.

2.1 Digital Services

  • Once a digital service (e.g., website development, SEO, content writing) has been initiated, a refund will not be granted.

  • If a cancellation request is made before work begins, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • If a service is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed, at Aurora Digital Labs’ discretion.

2.2 Digital Products

  • Refunds are not available for downloadable digital products (e.g., templates, e-books, software) once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

  • If a purchased digital product is defective or inaccessible, customers must notify us within 7 days of purchase to request a replacement or store credit.

2.3 Subscription-Based Services

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

  • Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time, and access will continue until the end of the paid period.

 

3. Return Policy

  • In case of refund when payment is done by online / SSL Commerz, applicable charge and duration of refund as per their policy.
  • In case of cash payment after delivery, return or refund shall not be accepted.
  • Since Aurora Digital Labs primarily offers digital services and products, returns are generally not applicable. However, if there is an issue with a delivered product or service, we encourage customers to contact us for resolution.

 

4. Dispute Resolution

If a customer is dissatisfied with a service or product, they should contact our support team at admin@auroradigitallabs.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will work to address concerns on a case-by-case basis to reach a satisfactory resolution.
