নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী
১) ক্রয়–বিক্রয় নীতিমালা
i. অরোরা ডিজিটাল ল্যাবস গ্রাহকদের পছন্দ মত ওয়েবসাইট, সফটওয়্যার, ই–কমার্স, ই আর পি ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং ও আইটি সেবা প্রদান করে।
ii. সকল অর্ডার লিখিত সম্মতি (ইমেইল / মেসেজ / চুক্তিপত্র) এর মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করা হয়।
iii. নির্ধারিত অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট ছাড়া কোনো প্রজেক্ট কার্যক্রম শুরু করা হয় না।
iv. মূল্য ও সেবার পরিধি প্রস্তাবনা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
২) ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা
i) প্রজেক্টের ধরণ ও জটিলতার উপর ভিত্তি করে ডেলিভারির সময় নির্ধারণ করা হয়।
ii) সাধারণত ছোট প্রজেক্ট ৭–১৫ কার্যদিবস এবং বড় প্রজেক্ট ৩০–৯০ কার্যদিবস সময়সীমার মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
iii) ক্লায়েন্টের দেরিতে তথ্য / কনটেন্ট সরবরাহের কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হলে কোম্পানি দায়ী থাকবে না।
৩) মূল্য ফেরত নীতি
i) ডিজিটাল সেবা শুরু হওয়ার পর অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
ii) বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃপক্ষ আংশিক রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করতে পারে।
৪) পণ্য / সেবা ফেরত
i) যেহেতু আমরা ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও সেবা প্রদান করি, তাই ডেলিভারিকৃত সফটওয়্যার / ওয়েবসাইট / সেবা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
ii) বাগ বা টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে বিনামূল্যে সমাধান প্রদান করা হবে।
৫) বিক্রয় পরবর্তী সেবা
i) নির্ধারিত সময় পর্যন্ত ফ্রি সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা হয় (চুক্তি অনুযায়ী) ।
ii) অতিরিক্ত মেইনটেন্যান্স বা আপডেট সেবা আলাদা চুক্তির মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হয়।
৬) অন্যান্য বিষয়
i) সকল কনটেন্ট, ডিজাইন ও কোডের মালিকানা চূড়ান্ত পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর ক্লায়েন্টের নিকট হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
ii) অরোরা ডিজিটাল ল্যাবস প্রয়োজনে শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Terms & Condition
A) Purchase and Service Policy
- Aurora Digital Labs provides website development, software development, e-commerce solutions, ERP systems, digital marketing, and other IT services according to client requirements.
- All orders are confirmed through written approval (Email / Message / Agreement).
- No project work will begin without the required advance payment.
- Pricing and scope of services will be determined as per the official proposal.
B) Delivery Timeline
- i. Delivery time is determined based on the type and complexity of the project.
- ii. Generally, small projects are completed within 7–15 working days and large projects within 30–90 working days.
- iii. The company will not be responsible for delays caused by the client’s late submission of required information or content.
C) Refund Policy
- i. Advance payments are non-refundable once the digital service has commenced.
- ii. In special circumstances, management may consider a partial refund at its discretion.
D) Product / Service Return
- i. As we provide digital products and services, delivered software or websites are non-returnable.
- ii. In case of bugs or technical issues, free support will be provided within the agreed support period.
E) After-Sales Service
- i. Free support will be provided for the agreed period as per contract.
- ii. Additional maintenance or update services will be provided under a separate agreement.
F) Other Terms
- i. Ownership of all content, design, and code will be transferred to the client upon completion of full payment.
- ii. Aurora Digital Labs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions when necessary.
